Credits you buy never expire. Credits from a failed video come back on their own. If a number still looks wrong, write to us from the email you sign in with.

Tell us from that video in the app. If the face isn't yours, the look changes between shots, a shot falls apart, the cuts miss the beat, or it's the wrong length, we remake it or return your credits within 48 hours.

Yes. It's yours to post, sell and use wherever you like.

In the app, go to Account, then Delete my photos. We delete photos and songs anyway, 30 days after your video is made.
